白僵菌Bb98土壤培养方法的优化 被引量:2

The Study on Soil Cultivating Methods for Beauveria bassiana Bb98

摘要 采用液固双相发酵技术 ,对白僵菌的培养进行了液体接种、固体配方筛选和固体培养发酵抗污染试验。结果表明 ,加有土样成分配方比传统配方可降低生产成本 ,简化操作方法 ,而且具有一定的抗污染作用。 Beauveria spp. Have a wide range for controlling i ns ect as a kind of pathogenetic fungi and have the better foreground in the interg ration control.The author carried out the studies by liquid and solid fermentati on technology in former base, such as quantity of inoculate,filtering prescripti on,resisting pollution and comparing bag cultivation and bottle.The result indic ates:the new prescription and methods can reduce production cost,predigest opera tion ,it establishs base for cosmically industrialization production.
