摘要 目的:探讨抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)阳性引起反复流产的机理。方法:用采集的14例ACA阳性(阳性组)和14例ACA阴性(阴性组)反复流产患者及3例健康男性(对照组)血清分别处理体外培养的胎盘绒毛微血管内皮细胞,检测培养液中凝血调节蛋白(TM)的含量。结果:ACA阳性组培养液中TM含量较阴性组和对照组明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:ACA直接激活增殖的绒毛微血管内皮细胞,使TM释放,导致绒毛内血栓形成几率增加。
