甘蓝型油菜人工合成种遗传多样性分析 被引量:16

摘要 用RAPD及SSR技术对 98份甘蓝型油菜人工合成种与 4 6份甘蓝型油菜品种 (系 )进行遗传多样性分析。 30条随机引物共扩增出 332条带 ,其中多态性带 30 9条 ,多态性比率为 93 0 7%。 33对SSR引物共扩增出 134条带 ,其中多态性带 12 9条 ,多态性比率为 96 2 7%。经聚类分析与主成分分析 ,表明甘蓝型油菜人工合成种遗传多样性十分丰富。因此通过人工合成甘蓝型油菜可以充分利用白菜型油菜和甘蓝丰富的遗传资源 ,拓展甘蓝型油菜的遗传基础。 The genetic diversity of 98 resynthesized B napus lines from B campestris and B oleracea and 46 B napus cultivars(lines) was analyzed using RAPD and SSR markers 332 and 134 bands were amplified by 30 random primers and 33 SSR primers,and the polymorphic ratios were 93 07% and 96 27%,respectively The results of UPGMA and principal component analysis showed that resynthesized B napus had abundant genetic variation By resynthesizing B napus with B campestris and B oleracea ,we can fully use the sufficient genetic resource of B campestris and B oleracea, and widen the genetic basis of B napus
