摘要
目的 探讨拔T管后出现胆漏的综合治疗措施。方法 对 1998年 10月～ 2 0 0 3年10月间 15例胆道术后拔T管出现胆漏的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果 拔T管后出现胆漏 15例均首选非手术治疗 ,14例治愈 ;1例形成弥漫性腹膜炎经非手术治疗无缓解 ,行再次手术治愈。
Objective To investigate the synthesis management method and effect following the removel of T-tubes from the common bile duct.Methods A retrospective study was carried out.15 patients with bile leakage from 1998～2003.Results 15 patients were cured with nonoperation at the beginning of bile leakage.Of the 14 cases were cured.1 case was finally cured by reoperation after failing nonoperation therapy.Conclusion Most bile leaks after removel of T-tubes from the common bile duct can be successfully managed nonoperatively.
