摘要
综合评述了我国搅拌摩擦焊的研究成果和不足之处 ,包括接头的微观组织和力学性能、材料的流动行为、焊接热循环和温度场以及焊接设备等方面的内容。在此基础上 ,指出了进一步研究的方向 ,例如 ,微观组织研究应深入到沉淀相、织构和位错的尺度上 ,接头性能研究应从工程应用角度出发 。
In the paper, the research status quo of FSW technology in China is reviewed from the aspects of microstructural characteristics, mechanical properties, material flow behavior, welding temperature field and FSW equipment. Based on this, a further research direction is pointed out. That is to say, microstructural studies should be placed on the precipitate, texture and dislocation; mechanical properties should be examined from the viewpoint of engineering applications; theoretical analyses should become the emphases of material flow and temperature field studies.
