摘要
目的:制备温胃舒颗粒剂并观察其临床疗效。方法:含挥发油的药材采用蒸馏法提取挥发油,其它药材采用水煎煮法提取,建立质量控制方法,并观察临床疗效。结果:制备工艺简便,临床疗效可靠。结论:本品可应用于临床。
Objective: To study a preparing method and clinical application of Wenweishu granules. Method: Distillation was used to extract volatile oil contained in the herb. Boiling method was used for the others. Its controlling methods for quality had been established and the clinical effect was observed. Result: The preparing method was easy and the clinical effect was reliable. Conclusion: This preparation can be used for clinic.
