摘要
目的探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现,以提高诊断能力。方法回顾分析10例经手术病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。结果10例病例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤均为圆形或椭圆形混杂密度肿块,7例为单侧,其中6例单发,1例多发;3例为双侧多发,6例病灶边缘清楚,有7例病灶超出肾轮廓外,其中3例伴肾周出血。均属不伴有结节硬化型。结论CT是肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的重要影像学检查方法。
Objective To improve the clinician's ability in diagnosing the nephroangiolipoleiomyoma by ana-lyzing its CT manifestations.Methods CT feature In ten cases with pathologically -proved nephroangi-olipoleiomyoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results CT appearances displayed:round or ovarian inhomoge-nous masses,seven cases were unilateral,including six cases were unifocal,and one case was multifocal,three cases were bilateral,the border of six cases were clear,seven masses outstretched the contour of the kidney,including three cases with external hemorrhage of kidney.All belonged to the type without tubercular sclerosis.Con clusions CT scan is an important diagnostic way to nephroangiolipoleiomyoma.
