摘要
本文首先估算了 1 996- 2 0 0 1年全国各省份的科技进步指数 ,然后利用C -D生产函数测算了科技进步对不同区域经济增长的贡献。同经济发展水平一样 ,中国地区间科技进步指数也呈现明显的地带性差异 ,科技进步指数从东部沿海地区、中部地区、西部地区逐次递减。东部地区科技进步对经济增长的贡献份额为 1 % - 1 .5 % ,而中西部地区均在 1 %以下。科技进步对经济增长的贡献率均不超过 1 5 % ,这远远低于TFP对经济增长的贡献率。
This article discusses the concept of endogenous technological change in economy growth. We measure the technological change index of the provinces of China from 1996 to 2001, and then , calculate the simulation validate the contribution of technological change to the province by Cobb-Douglas Production Function. The technological change indexes present a regional disparity. The technological change indexes decrease from east region to middle region to west region just as the level of economy development does. The contribution share of technological change is 1%-1.5% in the east region which is less than 1% in the middle and the west region. All contribution rate of provinces is less than 15%, which are much less than the contribution rate by the residual approach (TFP).
