摘要
选用 45钢进行了脉动冲击磨损及滑动磨损试验 ,对脉动冲击磨损机理进行了初步探讨。指出 ,脉动冲击载荷下的磨损规律及磨损机理不同于一般的滑动磨损 ,脉动冲击磨损量受到硬度和载荷的交叉影响 ,其磨损机理主要有切屑犁沟、脆性剥落、韧性剥离及疲劳 ,而这几种磨损机理的存在与硬度。
In this paper, pulsatile impact wear and sliding wear tests were performed on 45 steel with different hardness and loading. The results indicated that wear behavior and mechanisms under pulsatile loading were different from that of sliding wear. Pulsatile impact wear value of sample was affected by its hardness and loading. The wear phenomena such as cutting plough ditch, brittleness spalling, toughness spalling and fatigue were observed by SEM. The wear mechanisms were discussed in terms of hardness and loading.
