摘要
以大鼠为对象 ,用长期大强度、较长时间游泳造成运动性低血睾酮 ,以 0 .5%腺嘌呤喂饲造成肾阳虚 ,并就两种状态下大鼠体内糖储备及骨骼肌能量代谢进行了探讨。结果表明 :运动性低血睾酮大鼠肝、肌糖原含量均增加 ,而且骨骼肌无氧供能的CK、PK活性没有改变 ,但MDH活性明显升高 (P <0 .0 5)。肾阳虚则造成体内肝、肌糖原的明显减少 (P <0 .0 5) ,骨骼肌中CK活性的显著降低 (P <0 .0 5) ,但对骨骼肌中PK及MDH的活性则没有影响。可以认为 ,肾阳虚及运动性低血睾酮在对大鼠能量代谢影响方面 。
To compare the effect of exercise-induced lower serum testosterone (EILST)on energy metabolism with that of kidney-yang deficiency (KYD) in rats, the muscle and liver glycogen concentrations, energy metabolism in EILST and KYD rats were studied. After swimming for five weeks, the muscle and liver glycogen concentrations increased in EILST rats. The MDH activity increased, while the activities of CK and PK unchanged in quadriceps of EILST rats.During the same period, the muscle and liver glycogen concentrations decreased, the CK activity in quadriceps decreased also in KYD rats. The activities of PK and MDH in quadriceps were unchanged in KYD rats. These results imply that because of both the glycogen concentration and the CK activity in quadriceps decreased, the skeletal muscle function in KYD rats is affected, but not in EILST rats. So it is reasonable to consider that EILST is different from KYD in energy metabolism.
