摘要 亚硫酸钙型烟气脱硫石膏(FGDG)是双循环流化床脱硫工艺烟气脱硫形成的副产品,其组成明显不同于常规方法形成的脱硫石膏。为探索FGDG的再利用价值,进行了其用作水泥缓凝剂的研究。试验首先对亚硫酸钙型脱硫石膏的结构、组成和物性进行了测定,并对其用作单独或复合水泥缓凝剂进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,FGDG取代二水石膏单独掺加到水泥中时,由于其溶解速率较慢,致使其缓凝作用不佳;FGDG与石膏复合缓凝剂可在较大掺量及相互比例变化范围内有效调节水泥凝结时间,并明显改善水泥的力学性能。 CaSO3·0.5H2O typed Flue Gas Desulfo-Gypsum(FGDG) is a by-product formed from flue gas desulfurizaation by double- cycled fluid bed desulfurization method, its composition is different remarkably from that of desulfo-gypsum formed by normal desulfurization methods. In order to expore the recycle value of FGDG, the research on it as cement retarder was carried out. Firstly, the experiment tested the structure, component and physical character of FGDG. Secondly, it study on using FGDG as single component and composite cement retarder. The research results show that, when FGDG is added solely into cement instead of dihydrate gypsum, the retarding action is not satisfactory because of the slow dissolution rate; The composite retarder composed of FGDG and gypsum can regulate efficiently setting time of cement in a greater range of addition and rate of both components, and the mechanical performance of cement is improved significantly.
