摘要
油罐是石油与石化工业的重要设备,必须进行防腐,而防腐前必先进行表面清理。重点介绍了现行新油罐内壁防腐前喷砂及磷化等表面清理技术,还简述了旧油罐内壁维修防腐前的表面清理。同时对油罐内壁清理技术进行展望,建议应以机械化,自动化与环保化作业来取代手工作业。
Oil tanks were important equipments in petrochemical industry, and the anti-corrosionengineering was needed. So the surface cleaning must be carried out before anti-corrosinengineering.Present surface cleaning technology of new oil tanks before anti-corrosion engineeringsuch as sand-blast and phosphorization was introduced. And surface cleaning of old oil tanksbefore maintain protection was described.Simultaneously,the prospect of oil tanks cleaningtechnology was described and the suggestion of substituting machinize and automatize for mannaloperation was put forward.
