摘要 骨髓基质干细胞 (MSCs)是存在骨髓组织中一种具有多项分化潜能的前体细胞 ,也是骨组织工程中最常用的种子细胞。增加MSCs的了解并选择适当的载体支架用于MSCs的种植是当前骨组织工程研究中的紧迫任务 ,同时掌握MSCs与载体支架的接种技术和相关的辅助方法也是骨组织工程研究中不可缺少的重要环节。本文针对国内外在此方面的研究进展进行综述。 Marrow stromal cells (MSCs) are plurip ot ent progenitor cells that exist in the bone marrow and act as seed cells frequen tly for bone tissue engineering. It’s a pressing mission to broaden our knowle dge abour MSCs and select suitable scaffolds for cultruing MSCs in bone tissue e ngineering research, meanwhole, it' s a crucial point to master inoculation tech nology for seeding MSCs into various scaffolds and assisted methods. In this ove rview, several of those recent domestic and foreign studying developments are su mmarized.
