摘要
对重金属废水的处理,近年来采用了许多不同的方法,但这些技术普遍存在着对重金属离子选择性差,分离困难,不易回收等缺点.该文以含铜含浊废水为处理对象,研究了高分子絮凝剂(MF)的除铜、除浊效果,在pH为5.5~6.0时MF对铜的去除率达96%,对浊度的去除率达97%;同时浊度与铜之间也存在着相互去除的协同作用.与传统的化学沉淀法相比较,MF具有去除率高,投量少,无须调节pH值,生成的絮体易于沉降,有利于进一步回收利用等优点.
Many methods has been used for the disposal of heay mental wastewater in recent years, but all these techniques hae some defects such as poor selectiity for heay mental ions, difficulty to separate and recoer the heay mental.The effects of macromolecule flocculant (MF)for remoing copper ions and turbidity in wastewater was studied. The remoing rate of copper and turbidity reaches 96%and 97% respectiely when pH=5.5~6.0. Also the turbidity and the copper in wastewater hae cooperate remoing effect with each other. MF hae more adantages than traditional chemical sedimentation method. The adantages of MF lies in higher disposal rate, less flocculant input,the lower suitable pH alue, easier separation of the floc,last but not the least is conenient to reuse.
