摘要
目的研究探讨应用直肠腔内超声提高肛瘘 ,尤其是复杂肛瘘的手术成功率。方法对70例肛瘘患者随机分检查治疗组、对照治疗组 ,进行回顾性分析、总结。结果检查治疗组手术成功率100 % ,对照治疗组手术成功率86 7%。结论直肠腔内超声对提高肛瘘手术成功率具有重要的指导作用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of surgical treatment of annl fistula,complicated anal fistala especially.Methods70cases with the disease were randomly devided into two groups.The results were analyzed retrospectively.Results The curative rate was100%in the experimental group and86.7%in the contral group.Conclusion The results show that EUS has important application value to raise the curative rate in surgical treatment of anal fistula.
