保健功能食品被誉为“21世纪食品”,绿藻含有一种叫小球藻生长因子(CGF)的物质,这种物质会促进身体生长,增强人体免疫功能。本文研究了绿藻果冻的生产工艺技术,操作要点,最佳配方及品质。
Health care foods are referred to as'21 century food',green algae consists of a kind of CDF,it can stimulate growth and enhance immunity for human. The production technic,operation point,optimal directions and quality for producing green algae jelly are researched in present article.
