摘要
目的 研究红毛五加粗多糖脱蛋白工艺。方法 1用 Sevage法脱蛋白 ;2用三氯乙酸法脱蛋白 ;3用苯酚 -硫酸法测定红毛五加多糖含量。结果 1用 Sevage法脱蛋白后红毛五加粗品多糖中多糖含量为80 .6 % ;2用三氯乙酸法脱蛋白后红毛五加粗品多糖中多糖含量为 6 8.6 % ;。结论 用 Sevage法脱蛋白效率较高 ,可用于红毛五加多糖分离。
Objective To compare methods for removing protein from Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Polysaccharrides. Method ①Protein was removed by using Sevage method;②Protein was removed by using Thicloroacetic acid;③The content of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Polysaccharrides was determined by C 6H 6O- H 2SO 4. Result ①The content of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Polysaccharrides was 80.6% by using Sevage method;②The content of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Polysaccharrides was 68.6% after being removed by using Thicloroacetic acid. Conclusion Sevage method is more efficient.
