摘要
为了提高虚拟供应链中的物流运作效率,提出了一种基于Petri网的物流网络优化方法。该方法首先分析虚拟供应链物流的组成,确定库所、变迁及其属性;其次建立物流网络的Petri网模型图和数学规划模型;然后分析物流过程,找出瓶颈环节,并确定重要参数的取值,采用数学规划模型计算各物流指标的最优值。最后,给出了一个对陶瓷产品的虚拟供应链物流网络进行优化的案例。
To improve the efficiency of logistics operation in virtual supply chain, a method was presented to optimize logistics network based on Petri net. Firstly, composition of logistics supply chain was analyzed to identify the attributes of place and transition. Then Petri model and mathematic planning model of the logistics network were constructed. At last logistics process was analyzed to find out the bottleneck part that needed optimization and the value of important parameters was identified to calculate the optimum value. A case study on a ceramics industry virtual supply chain was provided.
