哺乳动物RNA干扰中小干扰RNA载体表达策略及其表达盒
Vector expression strategy and expression cassette of small interfering RNA in mammalian RNA interference
摘要
RNA干扰是一种典型的转录后基因调控方法 ,也是体内抵御外在感染的保护机制之一。在哺乳动物功能基因组学及病毒感染性疾病和肿瘤治疗研究中具有很大的应用前景。构建在细胞内稳定表达小干扰RNA的载体因价廉、稳定、操作方便 ,被认为是一种较理想的产生RNA干扰的方法 ,目前广泛应用于哺乳动物RNA干扰研究中。本文对小干扰RNA载体的表达策略及其表达盒作一阐述。
