摘要
我国物流企业普遍的规模不足与战略资源短缺阻碍了企业竞争力的形成,企业孤立经营的传统模式需要被打破.我国加入WTO后,企业之间需要从对立竞争向合作竞争转变,而这一转换过程最有效的组织方式就是建立企业之间的战略联盟.本文分析了我国物流企业战略联盟的几种发展模式,提出适合我国第三方物流企业发展的动态联盟模型,并对如何保持成功的联盟关系给出一些建议.
Small scale and lack of strategic resources that characterize China's logistics enterprises have hindered their competence. There's a pressing need to be broken away from the traditional mode of management, which is characterized by isolationism on the past of individual enterprises. After joining WTO, enterprises need change the way of competition among themselves, a shift from confrontational competition to cooperative competition. The formation of strategic alliance among enterprises is considered as the most effective organizational solution to facilitate such a shift. The thesis analyses the different modes of strategic alliance of Chinese logistics enterprises, and points out that dynamic alliance model is the most suitable form for TPL enterprises in China. The thesis also gives some advice on maintaining successful TPL strategic alliance.
