摘要
以丙烯腈(AN)废水为研究对象,在正交实验基础上深入研究了Fenton反应体系中pH值、Fe2+浓度、H2O2浓度、温度、UV和C2O2-4对降解效果的影响,分析了不同因素作用机理,确定了最佳操作条件pH=3、[Fe2+]=400mg/L、[H2O2]=400mg/L、反应温度40℃,在此条件下丙烯腈降解率达80%以上。同时发现在紫外光、C2O2-4对Fenton试剂的协同作用下,降解率可提高10%左右。
Based on orthogonal experiments,the affecting factors,such as pH、concentration of Fe 2+ and H 2O 2、temperature、UV and C 2O 2- 4,in treating AN wastewater by Fenton reagent were further investigated.And the mechanisms of factors were analyzed.The optimal operating conditions are as the follows:pH=3、[Fe 2+ ]=400 mg/L、[H 2O 2]=400 mg/L and 40 ℃.Under these conditions,the AN degradation is over 80%.Furthermore,the degradation of Fenton reagent to AN can be enhanced approximately 10% due to UV and C 2O 2- 4.
