摘要
长期以来,国家科技发展偏重于领域科技,而相对忽视区域科技。为此,文章首先对区域科技的内涵进行了界定,并分析了区域科技发展的主要特点;接着分析了发展区域科技的必要性以及典型的发展模式;最后,指出了发展区域科技的现实意义。
This article is aimed to encourage other scholars to make further research on regional S&T. For long time, Sectoral S&T development has been made emphasis by national science and technology planning, while regional S&T development has been neglected at the same time. This article makes clear the connotation of regional S&T and its characteristics. After that, the article also makes analysis on the necessity of developing regional S&T and its typical developing models at present. At last, the article puts forwards the significance to develop regional S&T.
