介绍了叔碳酸乙烯酯的性能及其应用。叔碳酸乙烯酯是一种多支链一元饱和羧酸乙烯酯,其α碳原子上丰富的烷基形成的空间位阻和烷基的非极性,使其表现出优异的抗紫外线性能和极强的疏水性能,从而使其聚合物或共聚物具有耐候性、耐水性、耐碱性好和表面张力低等特点。其分子中的双键使其具有很好的反应性,能与乙烯、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯等具有双键的单体进行共聚,提高其共聚物的性能,拓宽应用范围,是一种优良的改性单体。
The properties and applications of title vinyl versatate are described in this paper. Vinyl versatate is a branched saturated vinyl mo-noester. The steric effect of numbers of alkyl groups at α - carbon atom and non - polar property of alkyl groups give it excellent UV resistance and strong hydrophobic performance; the its copolymers show good weatherability, water and alkali resistances and low surface tension. The double bond in molecules provides reactivity and can be copolymerized with monomers containing double bonds, such as ethyl-ene, acrylates and styrene, improving properties of copolymers and expanding its applications and seems a good modification monomer.
