摘要
本文对目前高校中层管理人员目标责任制考评中存在的问题及其应对措施作了探讨。提出应从考评主体明晰化、考评目标科学化、考评指标具有可操作性、考评的方法和程序规范化、考评的结果及时兑现等方面改进和完善现有的考评制度 ,以保证考评的公正、公平和科学合理。
This article makes a discussion on the problems existing and the answer to measures in the check on the system of aim responsibility for the middle management personnel of the colleges and universities at present,and puts forward the measure to improve and perfect the exant check system from the clear main body of check,scientific check aim,operating check index,the standardization of check methods and the fulfilment of check result without delay with the aim of guaranteeing the justice and scientific ration of check.
