摘要
给不同含水量的苜蓿分别添加不同糖分浓度的乳酸菌复合添加剂进行青贮的试验结果表明:不论苜蓿含水量的高低,添加剂处理的pH值降幅要明显大于不加添加剂的处理;半干青贮(65.9%)和高水分青贮(72.1%)条件下,添加糖分处理的青贮pH值均显著(p<0.05)低于对照(未添加糖分)处理,且随着糖分浓度的增加青贮pH值降幅增大;而在低水分青贮(43.8%)条件下,添加糖分处理对苜蓿青贮效果的影响不一致。根据牧草青贮综合评分原则,较高含水量(72.1%)与糖分浓度(15%)组合处理的苜蓿青贮效果最好,在试验的第7d、第20d和第30d其青贮综合评分均为最高,分别为26、28和25。
Alfalfa with different moistures(water contents were 72.1%,65.9%,and (43.8)% respectively)was ensiled with lactic bacteria additives of various sugar contents with 0(no sugars),5%,10% and 15%.Results showed that the falling ranges of pH values on the addition treatments were obviously larger than those of no additives. Under the high(72.1%)and half-dry(65.9%)moistures, pH values of the sugar addition treatment were significantly(p<0.05)lower than the control treatments(no sugars).With the increasing content of sugar,the falling ranges of pH values in the process of alfalfa silage were enlarging continuously.Under the low moisture(43.8%)silage, the effects of additives on alfalfa silage were not consistent.According to the marking rules of forage silage,the effect of the combined treatment with high moisture(72.1%)and sugar content(15%)on alfalfa silage was the best,and on the 7^(th),20^(th),and 30^(th) day of experiments,it got the highest marks,which was 26,28 and 25 respectively.
