摘要
介绍淠史杭灌区推行用水户参与式灌溉管理对提高灌区管理水平及水的利用率,减少搭车收费,减轻农民负担,所取得的成效。
The users' participation in the irrigation management has been used effectivly in Pishihang Irrigated District. It is of great significance to use users' investigation in management to promote the level of the management in the irrigated district, to promote the utilization ratio of water, to lessen additional charges and the burden of the farmers.
