摘要
近年来,电能质量问题日益受到关注。为了对电能质量进行分析与评估,需要对其进行监测,在扰动记录过程中,监测装置产生的大量数据给存储及传输带来了不便。对电能质量扰动数据进行压缩,可以有效地节省存储空间,加快数据传输速度。以小波变换为基础,提出了能量阈值法,并结合自适应算术编码方法对扰动数据进行压缩,获得了较好的压缩效果。对包括电压凹陷、电压上升、瞬时断电和暂态脉冲在内的4种典型电能质量扰动进行了测试,仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。
Power quality issues have increasingly been given attention recently. It is necessary to monitor power quality in order to analyze and evaluate it. The huge amount of data recorded by monitors during disturbance is inconvenient for data storage and transmission. The compression of power quality disturbance data can efficiently save storage space and accelerate the transmission speed. This paper proposes an energy threshold method based on wavelet transform and has achieved fairly good compression performance by referring to adaptive arithmetic encoding. The four typical power quality disturbances of voltage sag, swell, interruption and transient impulse are used to test the proposed method, the effectiveness of which is verified by the simulation results.
