摘要
通过Mannich反应将聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)改性为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),在反应中以N-甲基乙胺或二乙胺代替了常用的二甲胺。在二胺与甲醛的摩尔比大于1.2:1,并采取先将甲醛溶液加到PAM溶液中,待反应完全后,再将胺溶液加到反应体系中的方法,在40-50℃共反应3-4h时得到胺化度高于50%的CPAM。探索了PAM的Mw>1.0×107的CPAM的溶液粘度的降低方法。
Polyacrylamide(PAM) was modified into cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) by Mannich reaction. In the Mannich reaction the generally used dimethylamine was replaced by N-methyl ethylamine or diethyl amine. When the molar ratio of amine to formaldehyde ≥1. 2 : 1, the reaction procedure was divided into two steps (firstly, formaldehyde was added into PAM solution and reacted completely, then diamine was added), and reacted at 40 -50℃ for 3-4 h totally, the CPAM having amination degree up to 50 % was obtained. The methods for decreasing the viscosity of the aqueous solution of CPAM from PAM with Mw over ten millions were also discussed.
