摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是心肌梗死后降解细胞外胶原基质的驱动力量 ,可导致心室扩张和心力衰竭的发生。内源性及外源性基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂在一定程度上能抑制其降解作用 ,减缓心室重塑的进程。本综述详细阐述了基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂与心肌梗死后心室重塑之间的关系 ,并探讨了基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂在应用的剂型、时点上存在的一些争议性问题。 Matrix metalloproteinases are the driving force in th e degradation of extracellular matrix after myocardial infarction,which can resu lt in adverse ventricular remodeling,ventriclular dilation and subsequent chroni c heart failure.Endogenous and exogenous matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors can interfere the process by blocking the activation of matrix metalloproteinase,wh ich may be beneficial to patients undergoing post-infarction remodeling process .This review will discuss the current opinions,controversy and perspective of th is potential drug target.
