摘要
公安交通管理、城市规划部门对解决城市交通问题肩负重任，它们间的合理分工、相互参与配合对解决城市 交通问题尤为关键。当前，两者的合理分工可依据《城市规划法》、《道路交通管理条例》等法律法规加以明确、引 导，但两者在分工基础上的合作却缺乏相应的探讨和引导。本文对此进行了初步研究。
The departments of police and urban planning play a very important role in this field. Their shared duties can be supervised and directed by the 'Law of Urban Planning'and 'Regulation of Road and Traffic Control'. But their rational coordination and mutual participation, which is essential to solve the problem, is lack of study and direction. And this is what the paper tries to do.
