Oxidative stress and diabetes

摘要 最近研究显示 ,氧化应激在糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展过程中起了重要作用 ,抗氧化治疗为糖尿病和其并发症的治疗提供了一个新的策略。本文就此方面的研究作一综述。 More investigations have revealed that oxidative stress plays a major role in the development and progression of diabetes and its complications. It may offer a new therapeutic option for the treatment of both diabetes and its complications by using antioxidants. This article reviews recent study in this field.
