摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了一种新型PDMS固定相,键合于固相微萃取搅拌棒玻璃表面作为固相萃取固定相。PDMS的一部分以键合的方式与凝胶网络结合,而另外一部分则是被凝胶网络所包埋。由于萃取固定相涂层的厚度在 30μm以上,采用多阶程序升温方式对固定相进行老化避免涂层龟裂,制备的萃取固定相耐温达到 300℃。
A sol-gel coating-method for the preparation of coating film on bars used in sorptive microextraction is described. The poly( dimethysiloane) (PDMS) is partially crosslinked with the sol-gel network, and the most. part is entangled within the network. Three step aging temperatures are applied for the sol-gel coating layer to avoid caking of the film. The thickness of extraction phase is 30 mum, and can be increased by way of multi-coating. The extraction phase prepared by using the improved coating technology shows good thermal stability up to 300degreesC. The analyses of spiked aqueous samples containing n-alkanes or polyaromatic hydrocarbons, were carried out by using the sorptive bars and gas chromatography, which, demonstrated the applicability of the method.
