The Catalysts Applied in the Preparation of 1,3-propanediol by Hydrogenating 3-hydroxypropanal and the Condition for Hydrogenation

摘要 1,3-丙二醇是一种合成新型高分子材料的单体。化学合成1,3-丙二醇(PDO)的方法主要为以丙烯醛(HPA)为原料的丙烯醛水合加氢法和以环氧乙烷为原料的羰基合成法(OXO)。这两种方法中均采用3-羟基丙醛加氢制1,3-丙二醇步骤。本文综述了雷基镍、以金属氧化物为载体的载镍催化剂和以贵金属Pt、Ru等负载到金属氧化物的加氢催化剂的研制、组成并比较了反应条件、反应结果;描述了应用不同催化剂体系及反应条件采用两段或多段加氢以降低PDO产品中羰基含量及加氢前净化加氢原料HPA以提高催化剂寿命的方法。 1,3-propanediol (PDO) is currently being used in making a new macromolecule material as monomer.Chemical routes for the preparation of PDO include hydrating and hydrogenation method starting with acrolein as raw material and hydroxymethylation method starting with ethylene oxide as raw material,both of which apply the process of hydrogenating HPA.Preparation methods of Raney nickel catalyst,nickel supported catalysts on metal oxides and noble metal (Pt,Ru et al) supported catalysts on metal oxide were reviewed in this paper.The reaction conditions and results were compared also.Two or multi-stages hydrogenation over different catalysts system and under various reaction conditions in order to reduce the content of carbonyl in the production of PDO were adopted.Purification of HPA before hydrogenation is necessary for prolonging the lifespan of catalysts.
