摘要
对高层管理者信息需求的研究 ,是高层管理信息系统 (EIS)功能设计与成功应用的基础。本文以高层管理者在用人、沟通、决策三个层面的工作为主线 ,探讨了高层管理者的信息需求 ,并指出了高层管理者所要求的信息具有非规范性、随机性、模糊性和主观性的特征。为与传统的MIS所产生的定期的、规范化的数据报表相区别 ,本文将具有这些特点的信息称之为软信息。
The research on information requirement of executive is the foundation for design and application of executive information system(EIS).Focusing on three roles of executive's works,the characteristics of top manager's information requirement are studied in this paper.The article points out what top manager's information is informal,random,fuzzy and subjective information,which is named as soft information.Furthermore,this paper concludes that EIS should have the server function of soft information is the key for success application of EIS in top management.
