摘要
以“顾客导向”开展政府绩效评估是西方国家行政改革的主要特点和发展趋势之一。在我国行政改革的过程中也开始了绩效评估的初步实践,如社会服务承诺制、效能监察、效能建设等。顾客导向原则在其中得到了一定程度的体现,但也面临一些有待解决的问题。
Measurement of government performance in customer orientation is one of the features and trends of the administrative reforms in western countries. The principle of customer orientation has been applied in the process of administrative reform in China, but there are also some problems.
