摘要
在大学组织治理框架中,应结合人力资本产权的特点,从5个方面去把握人力资本产权与激励机制的关系:(1)人力资本积累的资产专用性需要特殊的考核手段和激励机制;(2)人力资本的价值是通过相对评价获得的;(3)大学人力资本的使用价值并不是通过物的商品体现的;(4)人力资本的规模效益一般与组织绩效成正比;(5)学生的专业素质和学科水平是众多教师合作的体现。
In the frame of university's organization governance, we should combine the characteristics of human capital property right, and go to hold the relation between human capital property right and the incentive mechanism from 5 respects. The assets particularity of human capital's accumulation needs special examination means and incentive mechanism. The value of the human capital is obtained by relative evaluation. The use value of university's human capital does not reflect through the goods. The human capital's scale performance is direct radio with the organization performance. Finally, every student's professional quality and discipline level are numerous teacher's cooperative embodiment.
