摘要
东北老工业基地改造急需新的区域科技支撑体系,这一体系的构成要素由区域科技创新体系、区域产业创新体系、区域科技创新中介服务体系、区域创新人才服务体系、区域创新环境体系等构成,这些要素是东北老工业基地改造的急需要件和必备条件,因此,研究东北老工业基地改造的科技支撑体系具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。
A new regional support system of science and technology is badly needed in the reforming of the old industrial base. This system is composed of the innovation system of regional science and technology, the innovation system of regional industry, the service system of regional innovation, the service system of human resource and the environmental system. These elements offer the conditions for the reforming of the old industrial base of the Northeast. It is significant both practically and theoretically to study the regional support system of science and technology in the reforming of the old industrial base of the Northeast.
