摘要 设置了不同微量元素铁、铜、硼、钼和锰的田间小区试验,初步探讨叶面喷施微量元素对栽培2年粗糙龙胆根中龙胆苦甙含量、根折干率、产量和养分吸收的影响。结果表明,铁、铜、钼和硼显著提高粗糙龙胆根中龙胆苦甙含量,龙胆根干重和根折干率均有增加趋势,微量元素锰能提高龙胆根中龙胆苦甙含量和根折干率,但根干重下降;铁和锰能促进龙胆对硼的吸收,钼能改善龙胆铜营养。 Plot experiments of foliar application of different microelement with two years rough gentian were designed to study the effects of ferrous(Fe), copper(Cu), boron(B), Molybdenum(Mo) and manganese(Mn) on gentiopicroside content in the root of gentiana, the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight of root , micronutrient uptake , as well as on dry root yield. The results show that the content of gentiopicroside in the root of gentiana was more significant in Fe, Cu, B and Mo treatment than CK, and the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight of root and dry root yield, but the differences were not significant; although the content of gentiopicroside and the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight of root increased in Mn treatment, the dry root yield decreased. Microelements also affected nutrient uptake and accumulation, and addition Fe and Mn could promote the uptake of B, at the same time, Mo could improve the amount of Cu in the root of gentiana.
