盐度突变对大黄鱼受精卵孵化及稚鱼成活的影响 被引量:8

摘要 盐度21 0~33 0,大黄鱼受精卵孵化率较高,其中盐度29时孵化率达79%。盐度22的海水中饲育20日龄的稚鱼,移到盐度21、25的海水中,48h内的成活率大于95%;移到盐度29以上或17以下的海水中,48h内的成活率明显降低。在盐度22的海水中饲育的30日龄的稚鱼,移到盐度17、21、25、29的海水中,48h内的成活率均大于96%;移到盐度33以上或13以下的海水中,48h内的成活率明显下降。 The hatching rate of Pseudosciaena crocea was high at a salinify of 21.0~33.0 with 79% at a salinify of 29.The Larvac reared 22 for 20 days were taken into the sea water with a salinity of 21 or 25, their survival rate was over 95% within 48h. The rate decreased significantly when they were taken into the water with a salinity of above 29 or below 17. The fish reared in a of salinity of 22 for 20 d were stocked into the water with a salinity of 17, 21, 25 and 29, the survival was all over 96% within 48 h. The survival rate decreased significantly when the fish were taken into the water with salinity above 33 or below 17.
