摘要
党的十六大提出了改造与振兴东北老工业基地的重要战略决策,为东北旅游业的发展提供了宝贵的历史机遇和新的契机。旅游业在东北地区经济发展中具有强大的引擎作用,是促进产业结构调整和就业的最佳切入点,是环境保护和经济发展的双赢产业。开拓新的经济增长点,加快东北社会、经济全面发展,充分发挥旅游业在全面建设小康社会伟大实践中的先行者作用,是老工业基地改造与振兴的重要内容。发展旅游业对东北老工业基地振兴具有重大意义,透视东北地区旅游业发展现状特点及其存在的问题,我们应制定出相应的旅游业发展策略。
According to the strategy of the transform and vitalization of the outmoded enterprises in the Northeast of China, the new opportunity and moment for developing the tourism in the Northeast are presented. Development of the tourism in the Northeast has strong effects on the development of the economy. The tourism is the best connection point for adjustment of the industrial structure and employment. Also, the environmental protection and the economy development can benefit from to the tourism. For vitalizing the outmoded enterprises, opening the new growing points, speeding up the overall development of the economy and society in the Northeast and taking the tourism as the pioneer in building the comfortable society, the important work is to accomplish the continuative development of the tourism. In this paper, the effects of the tourism on vitalization of the outmoded enterprises are analyzed and based on studying the current problems in the continuative development of the tourism in the Northeast, the corresponding strategy is pointed out.
