摘要
将船舶设备管理和船舶设备运行参数有机地结合起来,实现船舶设备管控一体化,对提高船舶设备管理效率和水平,提高船舶设备运行的安全性有重要的意义。通过对总线方式下的分布式控制系统结构、底层数据采集、高端管理软件等方面的研究,提出了船舶设备实现管控一体化的系统的一般结构以及实施过程中的几个关键性技术问题的解决方法,并以船舶电站为例介绍了管控一体化技术的实施情况。将管控一体化概念引入到船舶设备管理,提出一系列解决方法,具有一定的创新性。
It has important significance for improving management efficiency, management level and security that marine equipment managment is combined with equipment running technology parameters to integrate management and control. The paper sets forth general structure of the integrative management and control systems, which is consisted of communication network, surveillance, control and management. The key questions and solutions are discussed. An example of marine power plant is given to introduce the realization of the integrative system. That the concept of integration of management and control is introduced into marine equipment management and the solutions are presented is an innovation.
