摘要
目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )和基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)在肝细胞癌 (肝癌 )组织中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 采用免疫组化法和计算机图像分析系统检测 4 0例肝癌组织中MMP 2、MMP 9的表达 ,并与 10例正常肝组织标本进行比较。 结果 肝癌组织MMP 2 ,MMP 9的表达水平显著高于正常组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。MMP 2、MMP 9表达的强弱与肝癌组织的病理分级 ,癌组织是否有转移以及癌栓形成有一定关系。 结论 MMP 2、MMP 9可以作为肝癌检测标志物 。
Objective To probe the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9 in the tissues of 40 patients with HCC were measured by using immunohistochmical method and analyzed by a computer micro-image system.The levels of them were compared with those of the normal hepatic tissues in 10 cases. Results The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in HCC were much higher than those in the normal tissues of hepar(P<0.05), and the levels of them were related to the pathological grading of HCC,carcinomatous metastasis and cancriod embolus. Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 are the pretty good molecular markers of HCC,and can be used to study the curative measures of HCC and predict prognosis of the patients.
