摘要
1989年和1990两年在本校园对巨峰(Vitis labrusca L.×V.vinifera,L.)葡萄进行赤霉素无核、大粒诱导试验。结果表明:初花前4天和盛花后10天各用50ppm 赤霉素浸穗处理一次,可以使巨峰葡萄果实95%以上无核,无核果单果重7克以上,可溶性固形物比对照提高2%,并可使果实提早10天成熟,但总氨基酸含量略有下降.处理果穗的新梢长势越强,无核和早熟效果越好。花后10天用200ppm 赤霉索处理可显著增加有核果重,但同时产生少量无核果.
A study was made on five-year-old‘Kyoho’grapevine with GA treatment to investigate GA effects on the seedlessness and maturity of grape berries.Results show that twice GA treatments with 50ppm concentration at 4 days before early-bloom and 10 days after full-bloom could raise the seedless rate up to 95% compared with 55-43% with on time GA treatment.The average weight of seedless berry is 7 gram and the ripening is 10 days earlier due to significant increase of soluble solid content by 2 petcent with slight decrease of total amino acid content in seedless berries.The effectiveness of GA application on the seedlessness and earliness of ripening has positive relationship with the vigor of a plant.One time post-bloom GA treatment can enlarge seed-bearing berries,but results in some seedless ber- ries at the same time.
