摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件的电磁场模块对磁流变阻尼器磁路与结构耦合进行有限元分析 ,分析了电流强度、铁芯结构的几何形状等对磁流变阻尼器的磁场分布及产生的阻尼力大小的影响 ,使设计出的磁流变元件结构紧凑 ,能够在通入尽可能小的电流时提供更大的阻尼力 。
The finite element analysis is made for MR dampers using ANSYS software. Considering the coupling of electromagnetic field and structure in MR dampers, the main factors such as current, the configurations of the MR dampers pistons that influence the electromagnetic field distribution and damping forces are analyzed. Therefore, the designers may provide the larger damping force in more compact and efficient MR damper envelope. This can be utilized as a reference for designing and predicting the performances of MR dampers.
