摘要
铁酸钙矿物形貌及成分的研究结果表明,铁酸钙的矿物组成属于CaO·2Fe_2O_3系列,其数量、形貌及相互关系随烧结温度的变化而成规律性变化,并对烧结矿的显微结构及冶金性能产生较大影响。低温烧结条件下,发展针状铁酸钙的网状交织结构将有利于降低燃料比,提高烧结矿质量。
The results from the study of the morphology and components of calcium ferrite in sinters have shown that the mineralogical composition of calcium ferrite is of the system 'C_1O·2F_2O_3', their quantity, morphology and relationship are regularly changing with the changes of the sintering temperature, thus they have a great influence on the microscopic structure and the metallurgical properties of sinters.
Therefore, the development of the network structure of the needle-like calcium ferrite under the condition of low-temperature sintering is advantageous to reduce the fuel rate and to improve the sinter quality.
