摘要
对磷酸-氧化铜粘合剂填加改性组分进行了系统研究.考察了不同改性剂对粘合剂主要性能指标的影响,通过正交试验法得到了磷酸-氧化铜粘合剂的最佳配比组成.试样的抗拉强度达到6.370 MPa,约是同样条件下未改性前的8倍;耐温提高200~300℃,达到800℃以上.
The phosphoric acid-copper oxide adhesive was studied by adding modifiers.The in- fluence of various modifiers on main performance parameters was investigated.A opti- mum composition was obtained by orthogonal experiments.The strength of extension of modified sample is approximately 8 times as large as unmodified sample,i.e. 6.370 MPa,and the heat resisting temperature is enhanced by 200~300 degree,it is over 800℃.
