摘要
利用激光照射肌肉,观察到组织产生的衍射条纹,探测了肌肉的偏振度。从组织结构上分析衍射成因,并对肌肉光栅进行计算。
Application of the laser in analysis of muscular tissues is a new method to understand the laws of movement of muscular tissues. Under certain condition the skeletal muscle is similar to a diffraction grating. When He-Ne laser beam impinges upon the membraneous tissue of skeletal muscle of animal, the beam is scattered and up to 3rd order of diffractive peak was observed. The muscle works as a diffraction grating. The parameter of diffraction was calculated. Besides, the causes of diffraction was analyzed and considered as a tunable diffraction grating. We know that skeletal muscle fiber is composed of thick and fine iliament, which arrange regularly forming the bright bands and dark bands. The diffraction grating is resulted from those separated regularly bands. The polarization phenomena of muscle tissue was first found and the polarized component was calculated. The polarizability was measured on the basis of diffraction fringes of He-Ne laser through it, using an instrument to measure light intensity distribution. A preliminary analysis has been made from the structure and chemical composition of the muscle tissue.
