摘要
研究了圆对称情况下瑞利 索末菲衍射积分的数值算法 ,使光衍射的高精度数值计算能够在PC机上实现。
Numerical algorithm for Rayleigh Sommerfeld diffraction integral in cylindric symmetry case is investigated.The algorithm,which can accurately compute the diffraction of light,can be realized in personal computers.
