摘要
本试验选择270羽健康、初重相近的1日龄京白939雏鸡,研究不同水平酵母培养物(YC)替代抗生素对蛋雏鸡各周龄生产性能的影响。结果表明:前2周各试验组的生产性能指标差异不显著,从第3周开始发生变化;0.3%YC组和抗生素组在试验期期末的体重差异不显著(P>0.05),但分别较对照组提高5.72%和6.24%(P<0.05);各试验组间全期平均日采食量差异不显著;0.3%YC组和抗生素组平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),分别比对照组高6.37%、6.92%(P<0.05);0.1%YC、0.3%YC、0.5%YC组和抗生素组的饲料增重比差异不显著;添加YC提高了饲料中营养物质的利用率,其中0.1%YC组和0.3%YC组,磷的利用率比对照组高20.22%和22.11%(P<0.05),除对照组外,其它各试验组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。由此可知,添加0.3%的酵母培养物可替代抗生素,提高雏鸡日增重和营养物质利用率。
one-day chicklings were chosen to study the effect of different supplemental level of Yeast Culture insteading antibiotic on chickling's production performance. The results were following: there was no significant difference on production performance until the third experiment week; compared with the control group, the 0.3%YC group and the flavomycin group improved the weight by 5.72%? 6.24% respectively(P<0.05), improved the average weight gain by 6.37% and 6.92%(P<0.05); 0.1%YC? 0.3%YC group improved the availability of dietary P by 20.22%? 22.11% respectively(P<0.05), compared with the control group. This study indicated that 0.3%YC had the best effect, it not only improved the body weight, but also improved the availability of dietary P.
