摘要
一种汽车液压动力转向器性能测试试验台,应用先进的计算机测控原理与信息技术,并采用微机控制液压系 统和伺服电机系统来模拟转向器在现场的工作状况,实现了驱动与加载方式的自动化。该系统性能稳定、操作简单、 测量速度快、测试精度高。
This paper presents the design of a computer test and control system for automobile hydraulic power steering gear. The system based on the advanced computer measurement and control and the technology of information processing and using system of hydraulic and servo motor by computer control, simulats the fields working state of steering gear. It realizes automation of drive and load .As the results the system of the performance reliability, the high measurement accuracy and testing speed are high and the operation is simple.
